-Jolly Pumpkin Hamajang – Unauthorized blend of collaborative brews between Jolly Pumpkin/Mikkeler and Jolly Pumpkin/Evil Twin. Hamajang, roughly translated as, “That’s fucked up, bro.”
-Jolly Pumpkin Roja du Kriek – Sour La Roja with Cherries. Awesome.
-Jolly Pumpkin Rojzilla – Blend of 18 month Oak-Aged La Roja and younger versions for a more complex experience
-Jolly Pumpkin Oro de Calabaza Grand Reserve – Brend of different years of Oro de Calabaza avering out at 17 months on wood. **bottle only**

Transform with New Holland poster final
THURS, APRIL 21ST, LINCOLN SQUARE, 7-9PM.  Just when you think things are the way they are supposed to be, they change. To “transform” implies a change of character with little resemblance of the past configuration or structure. Both forms may have value, and may even be coveted, but they cannot exist at the same time. New Holland Brewing Co. understands what it means to transform. They take things like water, hops and barley, and combine them into something we all want: delicious Craft beer. But they don’t stop there. They also take these brews and send them into a whirlwind of change through a still, resulting in equally impressive Artisan Spirit, Bierschnapps, as well as tinkering with the impact barrels can have for our favorite beverages. We are bringing all of these liquids to Jerry’s, in all of their forms together so you can taste them, side by side, and decide which variation wins your heart. It’s okay not to choose a favorite. We can’t. We enjoy them all.
Full Circle Kolsch has been reinvented into Bierschnapps White.
Cabin Fever Brown Ale has been distilled and spent time in a wood sheet to become Bierschnapps Barreled.
Dragon’s Milk is a stout that has spent time in New Holland spent bourbon barrels. New Holland then takes their bourbon and ages it those same barrels (their third use for transformation), and the result is Beer Barrel Bourbon.

This event is FREE to attend, pay as you go for food and drinks. We’ll have some lovely folks from New Holland on hand to talk beer, spirits and transformation with you and yours. Don’t be nervous…be ready to TRANSFORM.

-Vander Milll Chapman’s Blend – made from a variety of American heritage apples including: Winesap Baldwin, Northern Spy and Johnathan.
-VanderMill Green Mill – Cyser- green, aged in Green Bush Dellusion barrels & made with Michigan wildflower honey.
-Virtue Cider The Mitten – A winter cider blend of last season’s best cider, aged in bourbon barrels, with the new season’s fresh pressed juice.
-Virtue Percheron – French farmhouse style cider aged in wine barrels. 2015 Gold Medal Winner at FoBab.
-Uncle John’s Hard Cider Melded – A combination of English, French & American cider specific apples blended together, hence the name, Melded.
-Uncle John Apple Blueberry – Uncle John’s fresh apple cider which they ferment and blend with rich Michigan Blueberry Juice.
-Wandering Aengus Bloom – Sweet and fruit forward from orchards in Hood River and Culver, OR.
-Prima Still – Only the natural effervescence from 20 different heirloom apple varieties. The traditional, non-carbonated way to drink cider.

THURSDAY, MARCH 24TH, WICKER PARK. As part of our ongoing educational series, Jerry’s is excited to bring you “All About Cider”, a panel discussion with the best and most knowledgeable people to discuss cider we know. Our panel includes:
Gregory Hall – Founder Virtue Cider , Goose Island Beer Co.
Michelle Foik – Founder Eris Brewery and Cider House.
Brian Rutzen – Cider Director at The Northman.
Paul Vander Heide – Co-Founder Vander Mill.
Richard Bertsche – Prima Cider
Moderator: Josh Noel, Travel & Beverage Writer for the Chicago Tribune.
The focus for the night is obviously cider, and the many different aspects of bringing this delicious beverage to you. We’ll cover many topics, including:
-Apple Varieties. Purposes for using specific varieties.
-Different styles of cider.
-General process of making cider. How it’s different from other beverages (like beer).
-Barrel-Aging program and it’s impact on flavor.
-Other ingredients and their impact/purpose (fruits, nuts, etc).
-Market Growth/Expectations for Cider.
-And whatever else happens to come up.
This is a FREE event; pay as you go for food and drinks.

MONDAY, FEB 29TH, LINCOLN SQUARE, 7PM. How many rabbits? 5 RABBITS! Our first beer event at Lincoln Square is going to be a good one. A very limited selection of experimental new and rare beers from 5 Rabbit Cerveceria will be on tap.
-Ironica IPA: A new offering that is still being tweaked. We get to taste the test batch. It’s like we’re in the future.
-Gran Missionario Pale Belgian Strong Ale with white grapes and pear.
-El Inigo Montoya: Bourbon Barrel-Aged Yodo Con Leche Imperial Porter with milk caramel and coffee. This beast won a silver medal at FOBAB last year!
